In addition, the Board is responsible for exercising other powers, functions, and duties in accordance with the Articles of Association.

We believe our principal strength is our solution capability to satisfy customers’ different equipment needs. For example, we provide equipment planning consultation; offer a wide range of equipment for rent; procure equipment from different suppliers for sale to customers who wish to purchase equipment, provide on-site services such as equipment installation, operation, refueling, and maintenance, disassembling, technical support, transportation services, and supply spare parts; provide sales channels for customers who wish to dispose of their used equipment.

Under the leadership of our founders, Mr. Malik M. Amjid has over 20 years of experience in the industry, we possess in-depth knowledge of the equipment rental market in UAE, KSA, and Pakistan and have established strong and strategic relationships with our major suppliers and a large customer base. We have grown through different phases of the UAE economy to become a major player in the equipment rental industry and have participated in numerous large landmark construction projects. These include some of the Major Projects in UAE (namely the Marina Mall Abu Dhabi, Jumeirah Lak Tower Dubai, Cricket Stadium Dubai Sports City, Dubai Metro, Mardif City Centre, Sharjah & Dubai Airports, and Expo 2020).

We focus on construction, E&M engineering, and Event and Entertainment equipment, which include power and energy equipment, high-reach equipment, and material handling equipment.
